Joseph heads Camino’s businesses, works closely with clients to deliver solutions for Leadership and Talent acquisition. He has more than 20 years of experience in various strategic positions in the executive search and recruitment industry including incorporating and establishing successful offices in US, Asia & Middle-East. A specialist in executive search and consulting, having made CEO/C-level placements in niche industries, he has played various key roles such as heading the operations in the role of CEO of Ma Foi Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, now Randstad - the 2nd largest staffing company in the world. He has served on the Boards of various companies within Singapore, US, Malaysia and India. Joseph has been invited as guest speaker at various business forums globally, including the ASEAN Business Summit, ASEAN CEO Forum and numerous conferences in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. He is a Kellogg Executive Scholar from Northwestern University, Chicago and holds a Master Degree from Bosco Institute of Social Studies. He was a member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) & Legatus and now lives in Singapore with family.

Henry Cappello

Henry is on the Board of Camino and provides strategic direction to its mission and values. Henry has over 35 years of diverse experience and has played different roles globally including in the Oil & Gas industry, Community Development and Lecturer to various institutes in US, Europe, Asia and Africa. His career spans across a wide spectrum of organizations and countries. He was HR Director for Mediterranean Oil Field Services Company and OSCO, co-founder of ICPE & President of CVV. He serves as the Honorary Consul of Malta and is based at Arizona, US.

Manoj Sunny

Non - Exe. Director

Manoj is on the Board of Camino and is responsible for one of the fastest growing market in Asia. He has over 22 years of diverse experience in business, NGO, and leadership programs. He is on the Board of various NGO's as well as a founder director of Ark Power Controls. He has travelled extensively as a consultant, strategic leadership guide and mentor for various organizations and development centers globally. An electrical engineer by profession, he was the National Rifle shooting champion in India. He and family resides in India.

Bijie Thomas


Bijie is on the Board of Camino and gives input on legal and compliance. She has experience of over 17 years as an attorney and in-house counsel. She currently serves as a corporate counsel with a century old US leader in certification and safety consulting. She has served as an Attorney with Kirkland & Ellis, Khattar Wong & Partners and as Counsel with Star TV, Britannia. Graduate of Northwestern Law School and National Law School, she is called to the bar in the State of Illinois, England & Wales and , India. She and family live in Singapore.
